Error 0x80a40010 when logging in Xbox Live

Hello,

I would like to get some official explanation why do I get such an error on logging in second day in a row?

I already tried all suggestested standart reboots and resets. Console is absolutely official and all games are bought through microsoft store, I also bought Xbox Live Gold for a month.

I would like to know how Microsoft is going to refund all these days when I can't use officially purchased services?

And another question is when is this issue going to be fixed?

As I wrote in my post, I already tried this solutions and nothing helped.

This error appears for all users who are in Ukraine. You left the whole country without access to profiles. Do you solve the problem?

 

I have the same problem and its about a week and my xbox is useless now (i reset my xbox and now i cant login anymore to play offline). i'm in middle east and i heard a lot of guys have this problem in here. i talked to microsoft support and they said
there's a problem with servers and they don't know when they gonna fix this. i also have a xbox gold and i want refund this missed day too
