Hello. Error 0x80a40010 when i try autorization my accoun on xbox-one. I am from Ukraine and here many people have this problem. Nothing helps. What happened?

I live in Syria. I have the same problem. I contacted the technical support department. They told me it was a temporary problem and will be resolved within 72 hours.

 

They tell my next.

Thank you Vitaly. I just want set your expectation that currently we are having a problem globally accessing accounts.

Currently we're already on the move on rectifying this issue. Our engineering team is already fixing the issue.

 

Unfortunately Ukraine is not a supported country for Xbox Live. Sorry.

There are currently problems with middle Eastern countries and xbox live connectivity since a couple days ago. They are working on it.

У меня таже проблема)) сделали бы компинсацию изза ихней ошибки в роли игры какой-то подарочной )))

 

Make sure Xbox Live is fully supported in your country: Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

Microsoft is aware of this problem with this sign-in error in most middle-Eastern countries and are working to fix it.

If your country isn't listed here, then I am afraid there is no workaround for this.

Let's just hope this will be resolved so that unsupported countries can access the Xbox services.
