    Error 0x80831002


    I tried each step that Xbox recommends, but it doesn't work. But the real problem is only with FIFA, and it's only with my account, because I can play it with different accounts, but specifically not with mine, that is the principal account and I paid
    the game with this. I delete cache, local data base, the account on the Xbox, to install the game again. There is no solution. Please help me!
