error 0x80831002

Hi

I keep getting this error pop up on my xbox when i am trying to play - it keeps asking me to remove some of my games, i have done this but yet the error keeps poping up now i am unable to play. For some reason it is near impossible to get any support from
microsoft the does not seem to be a direct way i can contact them??

Has anyone else experienced this issue and know how i can go about getting it fixed?

I have tried all of that and it has not worked, the error message keeps asking me to delete games i have loaded and now that i have done that when trying to play the games are all gittering and have not fully loaded, everything in the back ground of the
game is not there - i keep trying to contact someone to speak to them but all i keep getting is a vertual person which is no help at all

I really need to resolve this issue as it seems i have waited along time for the new xbox for nothing as it hasnt even lasted me 1 year before i start getting issues

Any help you can give me would be much appriciated. I have read up others with this issue and they have had to have their replaced so i am not holding my hopes for you being able to correct this issue

We need a bit more information, is there any external hard drive connected to the console? Also we suggest if it hasn't already been done, a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
