Error 0x80831002

If You got error 0x80831002 and are asked to edlere all Games, just reset the xbox under System —> settings and reset Xbox without deleting games and add ins

Xbox One error loading save, cant start games or apps.

Do you get the following error message?

ERROR 0x80831002 There's a problem with your saved games ...

 

I did this 2 time already and the message came up again the third time??? any help ?

 

Try a Power Cycle...Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

 

I had this message coming up all the time. Made my games unplayable. I went into the system settings, and found ‘full shutdown’ - this took a few minutes but once completed has cured this error message.

 

I did this and I still get the error. You posted this on the 8th. Do you still get the problem?

 

Unfortunately yes, this problem came back a week later and the same solution did not work. In fact the xbox ended up totally crashed when i tried the reset and got stuck on the E105 - I then had to delete all data from the xbox and start over (via the
troubleshooter) saved games on xbox live are unaffected thankfully.

 

It still doesnt work for me. Ive had this Xbox One X from the day it came out and there have been a few problems but ive overlooked them. But this time, it is really getting on my nerves because it keeps making me lose my progress in games and it sucks.
Any help would be appreciated.

 

I had limited success with reboots etc, and in the end my console died entirely with E102 errors among others. I contacted microsoft and as the console was within warranty I was able to return it for repair whoch took 9 days. Have had no issues since then
(a few weeks)

 

The only thing it did is brake my xbox one more

 

I had this problem when I only play fallout 4 I don't know what wrong but I don't the so meny time and I loose so meny hours
