Error 0x80830003 preventing me from saving my game

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue and can't save your game. I can totally see how this could be frustrating especially if you're a high level or have made a bunch of progress so far. I split your post from that thread so that we could tailor

If you don't mind me asking, have you tried any troubleshooting for this issue? And if so what have you tried?

If you haven't already I would suggest deleting a bunch of your old saves in game, or what we call a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

The error I'm receiving is 0x80830003.

I moved the game from my external hard drive to the Xbox just to test but that didn't work either.

Just to confirm; after deleting saved data and restarting your console, you are now able to fix the error "We can't save more data for this game or app" and you are able to play Starfield. However, the files for your progress on the game was deleted as well and so, you are now prompted to start a new game, correct?

There are a few possible causes for this issue. One is that your Xbox storage is full and cannot save any more data. Another is that your save files are corrupted or incompatible with the latest version of the game. A third is that there is a problem with your Xbox Live account or cloud sync.



To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Check your Xbox storage and make sure you have enough space for the game and its save files. You can do this by going to Settings > System > Storage. If you need to free up some space, you can delete some games or apps that you don't use, or move them to an external hard drive.

2. Check your save files and make sure they are not corrupted or incompatible. You can do this by going to My games & apps > Starfield > Menu button > Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. As for now, I only get the error when starting tropico 6 and everytime it try’s to save. And in Warframe when changing something in my Arsenal.
