    Hello, I'm trying to install the game but when I start the download, there just appear "error" and if I click in more details there only says download failed, and the error is 0x803FB107, I've retried several times but it's always the same.

    Please help, I want to play with my little brother.

    I dont know the answer to this, but if you get on discord im sure that an alpha ambassador might know the way to help you out... smwutches is extremely helpful, i mean the ambassador by that name... other than that there is the https://support.xbox.com/.
    Webpage that can help out with a lot of things..... i really hope you get help with what you need.

    Cannot install Halo master chief collection via xbox gamepass pc beta.

    Thanks for the reply and the suggestions! After exhausting the list I am still unable to install the halo master chief collection but have now received different error messages.

    I receive error Code: 0x803FB107 One or more items in this bundle didn’t install yet. We’ll keep trying. You can also try installing them from Downloads and updates.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
