    Error 0x803f900a


    I am unable to play FIFA 15 because of this error. It reads

    "Sign in or renew the subscription

    Sign in with the profile used to buy this game, and make sure your subscription to Xbox Live Gold or EA Access is up go date. (0x803f900a)

    Close"

    I am logged in with my account, and my Xbox live doesn't need to be renewed. I'm not sure why this is even necessary as I have a hard copy of the game. I have tried restarting the Xbox One and erasing my "persistent storage" under Xbox Home>Settings>Disc
    and Blu-ray>Blu-ray.

    I have this error 0x803f900a when i want to play on Xbox live.

    I have Gold membership till July 2018 but xbox says i must renew my membership.

    Why ?
