    I’d be very grateful for some help here.

    I’m getting error code 0x803f900a - sign in or renew subscription whenever I try to launch any game on Xbox Gamepass on my Xbox One.

    My subscription is active until 03/2023 and I o my have one account, which I am signed in with. I have tried signing out and back in and various ways or restarting and resetting my Xbox but nothing is working; I am unable to play any game.

    I did try getting though to a live chat but the option wasn’t there.

    Please could anyone help? My subscription does not need renewing and I am signed in. Thanks.
