Error 0x803f900a and game dissapearing.

Last weekend I sat down to play some Forza Horizon 4, but the error message 0x803f900a popped up, even though I was using the same profile as I bought the game with, and being subscribed to Xbox Live Gold. Browsing for ways to fix it but not getting anywhere
made me not play it until today. I still got the same error message, trying to clear cache and restart my Xbox multiple times. I ended up trying to uninstall it, to see if that would fix it. When I went to "Ready to install" to install it, it was gone.

I quickly went to Xbox Store to check if I could install it from there, but there is only an option to buy it - once more. I checked all the versions of Forza Horizon 4 available to buy, and none of them had the option to install. I also tried heading into
other apps to "start" the game to see if it would make it install, but it just sends me into the Xbox Store.

These bugs are making me go crazy, this is the Day One edition and through all the years I have played on it I have not had a single problem - until these. If this doesn't get fixed, and I get Forza Horizon 4 back (which I paid $79 for), I probably will
just sell the Xbox , because these are problems I can't "live with."

Hello, and thank you for the quick answer!

I bought the game at release and have played it since, but I just checked my order history and my bank account, and I can't find it anywhere, so I suppose that is the issue. Can't see the refund, but that probably doesn't show up now already, or maybe it
never got paid.

I suppose that means I have to buy the game over again, which is totally fine as long as I don't pay twice

Hello Andxer,

Sorry for the issue with the game. We recommend to check your
order history. Make sure the charge says completed or purchased. If it says refunded or charge back then this will cause you to lose the game. If the purchase is there you can request a call from support, and find out what is going on with the game.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
