I've problem with my game pass. When i try start the game, system gave back error 0x803f800e

Please help.

 

Same issue paid for my game pass on the 12 and they wont let me access the game. Great job Microsoft!

 

Having same exact problem. Was sea of thieves updating by chance?

 

How did you resolve this? I'm having this problem now

 

i cant play any of my xbox game pass games. i have checked my bank account and was charged 9.99 on 7/13 but went to turn on state of decay 2 and it wouldnt let me. i also tried all of my other game pass games and i keep getting error 0x803f800e. please
let me know if you have solved this issue.

 

Hello.

There are two things you can try to resolve this issue. First, if you haven't already, try power cycling the console (Hold power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then restart), and try the game again.

If this does not work, try removing the profile off the console and redownloading it.

If you have need additional support, feel free to post back.

 

i have fixed the issue. all you have to do is go to microsoft support online chat and they will refund you and then you purchase xbox game pass again. only took 10 mins. Dawrin B. was very helpful!

 

I unplugged my Xbox and plugged back in. Then signed out of my Xbox gold profile and tried to play an online game knowing it wouldn't let me. Then I signed back into my account and loaded the game and it worked. Not sure if that's what fixed it or if it
just randomly fixed itself but good luck buddy. Oh and Xbox support won't help incase you wanted to try lol
