Error 0x803f800b but I have a disc

Discus and support Error 0x803f800b but I have a disc in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; On xbox one. I had EA Access, and cancelled it.     Error 0x803f800b but I have a disc


    On xbox one. I had EA Access, and cancelled it. However, I didn't download this game via access, and I have the physical disc. This error comes up every single time. I've tried the solutions listed on the help page, but nothing works. I've had nothing but
    issues with the xbox one, and I'm seriously considering selling it in favour of Playstation at this point.

    I am getting a error while starting my digitally downloaded games "that i need manage my subscriptions" with error code "0x803f800b"

    but i have my Xbox One Live Gold subscription valid till April 2018.

    but i have my Xbox One Live Gold subscription valid till April 2018.

    Hey there AkumaTora, have you tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it using the disc to see if it helps? It's possible the disc is dirty or damaged and the console is having a problem reading the disc.

    Wish I had the answer. I have had the same error. Mine started last week when I had a lapse in LIVE and EA Access, due to my card being replaced and I forgot to update the billing info. Once I updated the billing info, everything was fine until the next
    day. I went through chat with Xbox support and they had me restore the system, but that didn't fix it. They blamed EA, and I agreed until I realized that one of the GWG titles was doing the same as all the EA titles. My subscriptions show current on the console,
    but EA Access hub shows inactive. Would be nice to have a solution. I've scoured the web looking for anyone that has resolved this, and have found nothing.
