Error 0x803f8001 when starting Subnautica or No Mans Sky

Hey, i bought the Game Pass for PC (Beta) a week ago, and most of the game i downloaded work whitout a problem but i have a problem with three games:

Subanutica and No Mans Sky: Both games are fully downloaded and both five me error 0x803f8001 when i try to start them:

"No Man's Sky ist derzeit in Ihrem Konto nicht verfügbar. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie beim Store angemeldet sind, und versuchen Sie es erneut. Hier ist der Fehlercode, falls Sie ihn benötigen: 0x803f8001"

Basically: "Game isnt available on your account right now, make sure that you are logged in in the store and try again, this is the error code if you need it: 0x803f8001,"

I am logged in and can download, start and play besically every Game Pass Game whitout issues,

Sea of Thieves: Slightly different but the same: i click on the download button and instantly get an error saying Error Code: 0x803f8001

I tried quite a few things now and also talked to the microsoft support, aka live chat with a "Gamer" and they also asked me to talk to the Sea of Thieves support because they do have that problem quite a lot apparently, sadly the 3 or 4 solutions proposed
by the support didnt help either,

Maybe anybody here ahas an idea or can tell me how to contact the correct microsoft support since, those big companies seem to like to make it as hard as possible to get/find the support you actually need.
