    Hi,

    Since the 1st September or so (it's a guess), I'm getting the following error whenever I try to start any game (from the Game Pass).

    Basicly it says: "Verify your account. Actually, Microsoft Flight Simulator isn't available for your account. The error code is: 0x803F8001".

    I'm getting the same error when I launch the game Grounded which is still available from the Windows Store.

    Here is what I've tried so far to solve the problem:

    • Run in a CMD (with administrator rights) wreset.exe.
    • Windows + I and reinitialize the Windows Store application.
    • Change the region in Windows settings to us-US.
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling the games.

    The 2nd attempt seemed to have solved the problem yesterday, but it's back again today...

    Also, by spamming the "play" button in the Windows Store, the games eventually start randomly.

    Is there any way to solve this problem once for good?
