error 0x803f8001 Quantum Break

I bought a virtual copy of Quantum Break on my Xbox One three days ago through the online store. I played until yesterday without any problem, but now when I try to start the game, error 0x803f8001 is shown along with the question
"Do you own this game?". I ensured I was connected to Xbox Live, the console is set as the Home and other games normally played. Please help me since this is a very annoying situation.

Quantum Break code for Windows 10 issues

Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?

I was playing Quantum Break and an xbox error popped up saying IO: file read error filedoesnotexist code 1117 and asked me to retry or exit

Hi!

This error appears when:

- The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live;

- The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console;

- The game disc is not in the console.

Make sure you have access to the console with the same profile used for the purchase. Otherwise you can try the following instructions:

- Clear the cache with the power cycle function;

- Disinstall the game and re-install it again.

Thanks for the answer. There is only one account on the console and I am sure I can connect to Xbox Live. Apparently the game behaves as a disc was required, but obviously it's not true. If I view it in the online store, I have the option to buy it and this
is just nonsense. I fear that if I try to disinstall it I won't be able to download it again. I think something happened so that now the console believes a disc is required and I am wondering how this could be solved.
