    Receiving an Error code - 0x803F8001 when attempting to launch a game (Minecraft). Apparently I do not a own a game I've purchased months ago anymore. I spent $51 legitimately and now Microsoft decides to take away my privileges. I do not want to repurchase
    the game, please give me access to my applications. If you're not convinced of my purchase, you may look deeper into my account and without a doubt I've purchased 2 items. Thank you.

    Can I just get my $26.99 game back (Minecraft) with a gift card code sent to my email? I've tried various attempts from the web and yet I can't recover the application I purchased for. If nothing works then I'm ready admit that I've been scammed as I'm
    practically impotent against an organization.

    Hold on, what's the console, game disc and Xbox Live? I'm on PC and simply purchased Minecraft with my mom's credit card then downloaded it and everything went flawless until this error appeared. I just want the game back please, I spent $51 in total on
    Minecraft. Is it possible to mail a Gift card code so I can repurchase the game for free?

    Esto puede significar una de tres cosas:

    1. El disco del juego no está en la consola
    2. El juego fue comprado y descargado por otra persona que no ha iniciado sesión en la consola Xbox One.
    3. El juego fue comprado y descargado pero no has iniciado sesión, ni estás conectado a Xbox Live.
    4. Solución 1 – Reinicie la consola, realice un ciclo de alimentación completo o desconecte la consola para reiniciar completamente
