    Error 0x8027025a NOW TV Xbox One


    Hi I have contact xbox support via Twitter and they have sent me here. I keep getting a notification stating NOW TV has taken too long to start. (0x8027025a). This happens every time I try to load the app. I don't get this problem with any other app. I
    have tried hard resetting the xbox numerous times and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. The support team suggested loading the app on another profile which I did but again the app failed too load. Any help on this would be appreciated.
    I am also part of the preview program.

    Xbox one tv stopped working.

    We just bought our console on Sunday, Dec 15th And opened on Dec 22nd. I got the TV error (0x8027025a) and another forum suggested to do 'Restore to factory defaults'. After doing that 1 time and then soft reboot as suggested above. Now it is re-downloading
    IE, blu-ray app etc. And the watch TV error ((0x8027025a) is backagain.

    TV: SAMSUNG

    HDMI connection

    I think I am done watching TV via XBOX.

    This is very frustrating.

    (0x8027025a) Live TV error code help please

    Having same problem... Was working turning on/off all devices and watching TV fine. Left it off for about a day (thanksgiving), now no devices turn on or off with the console and when trying to watch TV it's returning error "For some reason TV took too
    long to start (0x8027025a)" I'm also unable to adjust any settings for the TV or other devices, receiving this same error when attempting to access the settings menu for TV & Xbox One Guide.
