error 0x8027025

hello. i have a very very big issue on my xbox one console. my problem is that: I CAN NOT RUN ANY GAME. it stucks all the time. error code 0x8027025a . i reset my xbox one console 6 times but it did not solve the problem. i deleted my microsoft account on
it but did not solve. i clear cache. i reset to default configuration but it did not work, i did that 6 times. all game stuck and send me back to the main screen and saying the code error. very frustrating situation.

PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi,

You see the following error code when you try to sign in or start an Xbox One app:

This may mean one of the following:

• There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
• The application did not load in the time expected.
• There's a sign-in issue with your profile.

Can you please clear the consoles cache by holding the power button on the console for 8-10sec. till the console completely shuts off. Then please try to sign into your profile again. If that doesn't work, please check your account at account.live.com to
make sure that there is no alerts requiring your attention. If all good there, lets try removing your profile from the console and re-adding it. Account management can be done by the guide (open guide>profile>Add or manage profiles) or in settings (Settings>Accounts).

 

0x8027025 error

My Xbox gives me this code when I am trying to go into Xbox live. What does this mean

 

same problem here, cant even get into setting apps the store error code 0x8027025a for everything, console is only 3days old

 

does xbox support even read these things??? funny a lot of people have this problem but there isn't any support for it.

 

Same problem, but i've reset to factory settings and now i can't install games anymore, they blocks at 0,1%, what can i do?

 

take the console outside pour some gas or rubbing alcohol on it, the lite it up. problem solved. it sounds like you've done everything wright. the only thing you can do is a hard reset. or send it to a licensed Microsoft Tech to have the console serviced.

Having same problem. Just bought the console and haven't been able to get a single game to work.

 

yeah I'm thinking this is a xbox live problem. have any of you guys tried playing the games offline? try it...

 

Same here, once it happens nothing can be started. The only solution is to shut down the console and removing power for some seconds. Just rebooting the console or switching it off and on again (energy saving power profile active) doesn't help.

Curious: this happens only when the console is idle for some time, regardless if an app or game is started or not. If I keep playing, the problem doesn't come up. I've opened a ticket at MS and requested an adavanced exchange but I fear that that's a software
problem...

 

Just a short update: last weekend I got my console replaced (xbx) but that did not fix the problem :-(
