Error 0x801901f4 when trying to sign in

I'd like to thank you for posting this onto the forum, it means a lot.

First of all, I've had the same issue as you before. Now, what I did was hard reset my XBOX.

To do this, you need to:

Press the Xbox logo button to open the Guide. Select the gear button on the far-right. Click on Settings. Click on System. Select Console info.
Xbox One System settings Click the Reset console option.
Xbox One Console info Select the reset option that best suites you, including:
Reset and remove everything.

After this, you can add everything back again and see if it worked. It worked for me, so I recommend doing this.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
Factory Reset< (while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Side note: We can not stress this enough, since this will kick all the profiles off the console make sure the sign in information is known (email and password)

I did as instructed and my situation remains the same. I still cannot add any account into my Xbox and my brother's account reports a 0x801901f4 or a 080190005 error when trying to sign-in. Which was happening to my account and is the reason that I removed
it and tried to add it again, but now I can't.
