Error 0x801901f4 when I log in

Hello,

I changed my Microsoft account password on my PC and my Xbox shows this error when I want to connect my account on it.

I Reboot the Xbox completly and qame problem

I tried to change password and to remove et re-enter my account but always the same.

I tried to connect with another network (my smartphone hotspot) but nothing better...

In fact, there is a black screen with nothing else charging or moving and when I press B, I have the error message.

Update : Even with a new account or trying to create account directly with the Xbox, I have the same screen with no sign of life...

I try a factory reset...

Update 2 : Factory reset worked !

I have to put my settings in my favorite apps but all works !

My xbox gave me the error code 0x801901f4 when I tried to log in, and I look up for help in Microsoft page, there sed that I have to log of my account from de console, and re-log. I do that and now my account dosent log's

when tried to log in a couple of time I got 0x801901f4, i've removed my account from the console then tried to add the account again but got error code 0x80a40019
