    I'm on Xbox Series X and my friend is using the Xbox app on a Windows 10 Laptop.

    We have been trying to connect to party chat for 2 hours now and I keep getting and error code (0x80190194) when I accept his invite. If I send him and invite and he accepts it he gets nothing and doesn't join the party.

    No it's not a network error. I have full bars, 5GHz, Nat Type is open. Console is up to date. Games are up to date. Have restarted the console, unplugged. Turned off router to wifi. Held down the power button. Disconnected wifi. Connect to a different wifi connection. Tested network connect, all Xbox services are online.

    He has updated his app, his laptop is up to date. He has logged out and logged back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app/s. Changed wifi networks, turned his router on and off.
