Error [0x80190193]

Wasnt too sure which category to post this under;

When trying to create or join a party, the error code 0x80190193 shows up. I cannot find anything useful about how to fix this error, i've performed a hard reset on my Xbox many times, and have checked to make sure that my NAT is open. I have confirmed that
the problem is not my connection by getting a friend to sign into my account and see if he was able to create parties.

Ive been having this problem since I got my Xbox One roughly have a month ago and left it assuming it would 'fix itself'

"Some things didn't download (0x80190193)" I'm facing this error when attempting to download "Unbreakable Machine Doll" episodes. Unfortunately there's no way of checking the error codes here on Xbox.com.

Hi I recently had the 0x80190193 error when I try to join an xbox party chat or when I try to create one. Can you help me ?

 

somebody else signed in and it worked ? If yes then try and delete your profile then re download it ...not a security setting is it ? (child or teen account)...

 

My friend was unable to create parties after signing into my account on his Xbox. Im having some troubles changing my privacy settings as I no longer have access to an old phone number (A code has been sent to the old number because I cant just 'access important
information'

Since it takes a month for the phone number change process, would customer service be able to change my settings for me or do I have to wait?

 

So your settings have you blocked ? You could call them but I'm not sure if they can change that or not ...

 

Factory restore your Xbox and make sure your Xbox is plugged into wall outlet

 

Make sure you are not signed into a banned account or suspension
