Based on the information that you provided, it's possible that the error code has something to do with the Xbox app on your computer and not with your Xbox account. To sort this out, I recommend that you perform the following steps below:

Step 1: Clear the Windows Store cache.

1. On the Cortana search box, enter "cmd"
2. Right-click on Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator.
3. Type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter key.

Step 2: Reset the Xbox app from Settings.

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
4. Click the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your computer.

Once done, kindly try to sign in to your Xbox app and check if that will work for you.

Im getting the 0x80190005 error code on my xbox one when i try to sign in to my account i was playing on it earlier dont know why it is happening all of the sudden can u help?

 

I just deleted the account off of the xbox, and added it back. seems to work so far.

I have the same issue, 0x80190005 when I switched profiles with my son. Now even when i try and log him out or switch profiles in a game, I can't because of this error.

 

I have the same issue right now ... I delete my account and now i cant even add my profile

 

Having the same issue. Seems to be happening to a lot of people right now...

 

I also tried deleting my account and adding it again, and i still can't login. When i enter my password it just takes me back to the sign-in tab. I haven't been able to use my Xbox in weeks. Does this count as being bricked? And can i get a refund?

 

Hey I just shut it down and pulled the power plug, then I was able to recreate my profile. MS is doing something screwy with security methinks.
