When trying to get into my xbox profile The Following Appears error: 0x8015DC05 already called the call center did all the processes and the attendant asked not solve the problem. wanted a solution for please am very concern.

did you get any solution? I researched the error and not find anything. very disappointed as I know the only alternative is to create a new account but I will lose everything

I did not get the solution. I chatted with chat support and they said they would talk to their supervisors and get back to me.

The worst part is that I can't play most of the games I have on the xbox one because they need live. If you want to change your account settings try
Sign in to your Microsoft account and if you want to access the my account page try clicking on use mobile version, that worked for me.

 

I also can not play any games xbox one, not even log into my account.

 

For Me it happened right as i tried to change privacy settings on my xbox one. When I did it signed me out. I figured out that when not connected to the internet I can log in on my xbox but right as it connects I get logged out.

I am able to log in on my xbox 360 so it must have to do with the privacy settings on the xbox one!

yes and change xbox 360 settings and play. I can't log on to my xbox one when connected to the internet when trying to go to the my account page on the xbox website I get "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened." It appears you've found a glitch in the system."
Then a giant error code. I can however access the my profile page for the 360. What is very weird is that when i try to log in to smart glass on my iphone i get an error but i have been receiving notification from smart glass on my iphone when people send
me messages. (even though it shows i need to login).

 

I also have this error when logging into xbox.com account to access my account. In cases SmartGlass also get an error when I try to log into my profile.
