Error 0x80150017 while trying to reedem code

I get the error 0x80150017 when i try to reedem my fallout 3 code.Can anyone help me?I talked to an agent from xbox support and she sent me here.

Hey mate,

I beleive that is a region issue... If you are receiving a region error, then its usually because your physical location and your account's region are not matching, and that's why you are receiving this error.

If you are, then you will need to make sure your account matches your physical location to be able to redeem it. If you haven't already, please change your region to match your physical location, and then try again. (support.xbox.com/.../change-region)
