Error 0x800c000b is now 0x800c0008 can't watch purchased Movies & TV

The Movies & TV app are STILL causing errors watching purchased movies on XBOX One. However, the error used to be 0x800c000b but it now says error 0x800c0008 with the message "There is a network problem. Make sure your device's clock and time zone are set
correctly, then try again."

The network is fine, and the clock and time zone are also correct (can't change the clock anyway - because the NETWORK IS FINE). Everything else works (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), I've done the usual hard reboots of devices, adjusted my time zone in the XBOX One
settings and adjusted it back, and still nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

There is currently a service alert that is affecting purchased content and Movies and TV content. Please be patient, while the team work on a fix.

Same issue here (XBOX One) — I can watch trailers but can't actually watch any movies from the Movies & TV app. The spinning loader never even appears, it just drops to the error screen. I've hard-rebooted the router, modem, XBOX, and all the usual suspects.
nothing has fixed the error 0x800c000b. All other streaming video services work fine (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & Hulu).
