Error 0x80073cf9 with State of Decay 2 Game Pass PC

Hey, I'm getting error code 0x80073cf9 all the time with State of Decay 2 on the Game Pass PC app. It tells me error with install even though it is installed. Sometimes it lets me reinstall the game, play it once, then when I close the game it shows that same error. I don't have that error with other games. It has worked before in the past, but this has been going on for a while now. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Installed from windows store. Reset cache with WSReset, but I keep getting this same error popping up if it does let me install the game. Any ideas?
