Error 0x80073cf3 with multiple games

Yes, my windows is version 21H1, i have uninstalled all my xbox apps redid the connections and i signed back in and still the same error is coming. all apps are up to date as well as my drivers

I use a ethernet connection and my speed tests are 400 Mbs down and 100 up, i have tried changing firewall settings as well as reseting my toredo connection multiple times. I have went into my files and verified manually that there is indeed no pre existing game files. It seems to be only certain games but it is a wide variety of games new and old that give me the error code. When i can download the game it works fine and i have no problems or connection issues and can hold an xbox party as well. I have done the CMD run codes to verify all my connections are working properly. any help would be appreciated as currently i can only play one game that i want to and its forza horizon 4. for example i have Age of Empires 3 on steam it works perfectly fine and can download and play on steam without issue. Tried to install via xbox game pass and no go i get error code. Aswell as games like back4blood and outlast 2, I however do not own those two on steam and cannot download via xbgp at this point the sub was a waste of money and time at this point as theres no way to actually get help besides relying on this community just like my poor xbox they already stopped offering help for? even though most people still cant get their hands on a new one

Well i have fixed my own problem. For anyone else encountering this error and stumbles upon this post fear not my friend after 8 hours of vigorous testing the only solution seemed to be

uninstalling your microsoft .net framework and reinstalling it

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

After that make sure the Xbox apps in the Microsoft store are up-to-date, if necessary, uninstall and reinstall Xbox Gaming services
