Error 0x80072ee7 during factory reset

I've got error 0x80072ee7 during my factory reset of my Xbox one. I don't understand why it's happened but I've tried standard Xbox one factory resets and this error comes up during the "Update" phase. I then tried to use the offline factory reset and it
goes through all the initial steps but again once it goes through to the "Update" phase it then says it needs a network connection and has the same problem. (Making the offline part obsolete) Any help with this problem would be great, thanks! (I'd also prefer
to not have to send it off as it'll cost over £100 for a replacement due to Microsoft's bad software failing during the factory reset)

Ever since I done the new Dashboard update I've been having trouble with my Xbox, tried doing the troubleshoot, offline update now factory reset and it's showing problem with update error code 0x80072EE7 0x00000000 0x0000200 HELP!

0x80072ee7 error unable to access store or purchase movies... updated console mutilpule times after multiple console resets... same issue still persists...please fix

You can try to install the update offline. You will need to have a USB Pen Drive 4GB, Format type at NTFS.

The error that was happening during the Offline Factory Reset through USB is: E101 00000504 8B050041.

After 1% it was returning to "Something Went Wrong".

Thanks for the information. May I know if the console reached a higher update % or still the same?

If it's still the same, try to do a physical power cycle

"Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

Let's try waiting in this case a while.

If in the end you see that the update does not continue to progress. Try to free up space on your PC (at least 8GB) and perform the offline update
