No while updating i pressed all triggers and i got the error code

Thanks for the help but i just went on and bought a ps5 , the problem was just impossible to fix

1. In this statement, Me and a lot of other people.... May we know if these people you are referring to is your neighbor or friends living in same region/state?
   
2. May we ask for the version of your Console? When did this issue started? What type of Console you are having issues with?

I still keep getting the error and yes i checked and tried multiple things from the site and it still does not work
