Error : 0x800710DA (group chat blocked)

I cant join or crate a party. It says ''group chat blocked (error : 0x800710DA) and when I search this error on the xbox one support website, there is not any help document. More, 2 minutes after trying to join or crate a group, my xbox freeze and it finish
or with black screen or with an error message that asks to restart the xbox. I've restart my xbox at least 50 times and does not work anymore. And it is the same thing when I try to join a game. Plz help me because it's start to be really boring playing alone.

Hey there,

Have you tried performing a Power Cycle? I would also recommend you delete your profile from the console and add it back. Check

here on how to do that. Also unplug your router for 30 seconds and power it back up and see if that helps.

If that doesn't work come back with results!

2. I don't understand what is a ''Power Cycle'', I clicked on the link but it only says ''Group Not Found

The requested Group cannot be found.''.

3. I've tried to remove and add back my account but it don't change anything. More, I can't join or crate groups with all the account that are on my xbox (4).

Power Cycling Console in addition what do you mean "Create or join a group" is this an in game problem, if so which game?

Is it possible that you are under a communications ban? That is typically linked to this sort of thing. Check the email associated with the Xbox account for any sort of enforcement action or go here: enforcement.xbox.com
