error 0x800705b4 what to do?

I have an error code on my xbox one s 0x800705b4 I try everything nothing works and when I put a cd game my console do not want the starter what to do?

Error 0x800705b4.

my xbox one wont play any movies or games. When he puts a game in it it says something about having to purchase the game from the store or insert the game disc but he already put the disc in. Then this error code comes up when he tries to watch YouTube
on it. Ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Still doesn't work. And i think i may have deleted his minecraft stuff he had saved on the xbox. I'm about to set it on fire and buy a PlayStation. This xbox is a pain in my butt.

 

Unravel not starting

I'm having the same problem with unravel , not open to the error appears : 0x800705b4

 

Does it do this with all the games or just a particular game?

 

apologies for the late reply I hadn't noticed you had answered already.

I don't know what you have tried already but let me make a list of things you could try:

1. uninstall the game > set your xbox on offline mode >install the game > set your xbox on online mode for the update of the game

2. uninstall the game > log the current account out > log in into a different account (make one if neccesary) > try to install the game

3. uninstall the game > install the game on an external hard drive (if you have on available)

4. last resort only: reset the console and install the game again

hopefully one of these works
