    I am trying to download Apex after an update failed on my Xbox one. I have done a factory settings reset, a second cache clear but keep getting install ERROR 0x80070570 repeatedly. I have adequate space on my hard drive. Other games have updated just fine.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause these issues as well because you seem to have performed all the necessary steps.
