    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend installing the

    Xbox Identity Provider application    . Once the application is installed, we recommend launching the Xbox Identity Provider and the Xbox App. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Have you tried a full power cycle (not just power it off) of the console yet? That often clears up the issue.
