Hello and thank you for your time, but this didn't resolve my issue. I did everything you suggested, including installing the Windows 10 Repair Update. Nos the Windows Store won't let me sign in with the same error,
0x800704cf. Same with the Xbox app.

Also, when I test my connection in Xbox Live settings, it says that Teredo is unable to quality and that my connectivity is blocked.

I couldn't find the enforcement page to check with the serial number I just found the one for xbox accounts. After looking for more solutions online I tried one where it suggested to connect the wired console on a hotspot and enter the account information. After trying this I got the account on the console. After turning off the hotspot and reconnecting the ethernet to the console it won't let me sign in into the account I added. It displays that I am not connected to the internet with an error code of 0x800704cf. This while the ethernet is connected.
