    Hi Microsoft,

    I am trying to download some games on Xbox Gamepass and I keep getting this error "Error 0x800704c6" and cannot download ANY games. I can play games that I previously downloaded. Please can you assist me with this as there is no point to having Gamepass
    if I can't download any games.

    Do any of your other devices using network hardware connect to the internet?

    When you restarted your gateway/router/modem (network hardware), was the PC/console turned off?

    Are you using a wired connection or wireless connection to your network hardware?

    If wireless, try a wired ethernet connection instead.
