Error 0x80070490

Discus and support Error 0x80070490 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Everytime i start up my xbox one i get a black screen saying "Sonething went wrong, let us know by entering 0x80070490".     Everytime i start up my xbox one i get a black screen saying "Sonething went wrong, let us know by entering 0x80070490". You cant follow the steps provided on the solutions because i cant get to the home screen. Can any one help me out?

    Error code 0x80070490

    0x80070490 error code comes up when attempting to play a blu ray or DVD.

    I am unable to play any movie discs eg DVDs blurays 4k blurays comes up with error 0x80070490

    Hi Un1c0rnSlay3r69 I have been getting this for a few months, but i'm in the preview alpha, and this is why it happens apparently, its to do with the system updates. A hard resent (hold the power button down for 10 seconds) sorts this out, annoying but I
    know xbox will fix this as I have myself reported it several times in the insider hub. hope this helps Error 0x80070490 :)
