Error 0x80070490

    when ever i turn on the xbox, it just pops up with the error box saying something went wrong. i cant do anything with the console. it just black screens if i close the error box.

    0x80070490 error code comes up when attempting to play a blu ray or DVD.

    Unable to play movie discs

    hi

    I am unable to play any movie discs eg DVDs blurays 4k blurays comes up with error 0x80070490

    Error 0x80070490

    About all you could try is to unplug it from the power supply for a few minutes and the try again...dosent sound good ...

    Having the same issue was playing had to leave turned Xbox off and turned it back on with this error help?
