Error 0x8007023e COD Warzone

My GF and I have been playing COD warzone for a while. It's free so no issues. We game share and I bought Modern Warfare. We've been playing that for weeks. Today it gives her an error 0x8007023e asking her if she owns the game or app. It will not let
her play the game. She has an active live account and the game sharing has worked all this time.. Solutions?

Right now, it seems like Xbox Live is suffering an outage related to purchased content.

You can keep up with the updates here: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Everything should be working smoothly later after the issue is resolved.

Same issue here. Error Code 0x8007023e on all donwloaded games. Games with CDs working fine.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand you are unable to play COD Warzone online. Are you having issues with any other game? Since that error code seems to be COD related and not an Xbox error code, you may want to request support from
the developers: Warzone Support

If you get any Xbox error codes while doing anything else (apps or other games) please let us know.
