Error 0x800701e7 Makes my console completelly useless

Since July 1st my xbox one started throwing a message saying that i have to update the console´s OS, everytime i say yes the console would reach 21% progress and then launch this error 0x800701e7 0x00000000 0x90050005 , the console wont let me use any game
or application until the application is done, making my xbox one in a brick.

Any one has an actual solution for this? I havent tried soft resets nor offline updates since other people in this forum started having the same problem around the same date and they tried such efforts without any result other than losing their data.

Hello! Have you tried clearing the system cache?

If not, do the following steps:

1. Hold down the power button on your system for ~10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cord from behind the system for a minimum of 1 minute.

3. Plug the cord back into the system and restart the system.

I left the console unplugged an entire night, it didnt help, it makes any difference if i didnt properly shut it down?

Reseting the console is the next step if restarting did not work.
