    Hi,

    I get an error when trying to install certain games with the xbox app or microsoft store. I did try to initialize the installation from both, the xbox app and the microsoft store directly.

    The error:

    It occurs before any downloading starts.

    Gamepass Games I can't install:

    - DOOM 64 (this is small and old, so a good test)

    - Stellaris

    - Forza Horizon 5 (pre-install, this is when I noticed it first I think)

    Games I can install:

    - Mighty Goose (via gamepass)

    - Pac Man Cat (not part of gamepass)

    - Microsoft Solitair Collection

    My system:

    - Windows 10 Pro (OS build 19043.1288)

    - internal SSD (no other storage, 200gb free)

    - have game pass subscription and installed other games recently

    - Did the re-register.

    - No proxy set.

    no news.

    I also double checked if we have not made it worse: we haven't. I can still install Mighty Goose through the xbox app.

    I did the windows repair.

    1. the xbox app now greets me like this, the error trying to install something is another:

    2. After the first attempt I clicked "fix it now" which lead me to this help article: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-0x80073D26

    3. According to the article I checked for updates, there where some, I installed, rebooted,

    4. Current state:
    - I still see the green info bar in the xbox app.

    - if I click install in the microsoft store nothing happens

    - if I click install in the xbox app it's stuck in this stage, but without error:

    5. following the linked help article again I uninstall the gaming services. I can't install it again now either. Nothing happens when I click "install"

    will try another reboot now...
