Error 0x80070005 while trying to install any game on my PC

Hello, I've had my dad buying me Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition on his account for me to play a while ago and I always used my dad's account to play it - but months ago I got a new PC and logged into my dad's account and tried to install FH4 on my pC and got this error (0x80070005).

I got the Xbox Game Pass on my dad's account too.

So my dad's account needs to be shared on his PC and my PC in order for me to play the FH4 game he gifted me (because at the time there was no option to gift the game to another person on another account, pre Xbox app days).

I would also like to mention that I have my own Xbox account to connect to the Xbox app and I often get the message that my Microsoft Store account is different from my Xbox account - then I get the prompt to select my Store account (my dad's) or the Xbox account (mine) and either of the options don't let me install the BOUGHT FH4 Ultimate Edition. But here comes the funny part: I can't even install any of the Game Pass games (I tested with Doom Eternal and Forza Motorsport 7) that I also PAY EVERY MONTH.

I have attempted everything I've seen on your forums with no result, including a fresh install of Windows, checking the Services tab, giving admin permissions to specific WindowsApps folders, Resetting the Microsoft Store and the Xbox apps, even the Windows Powershell commands...EVERYTHING.

I even thought of making a brand new account and transfer my Xbox Game Pass subscription to it, but Microsoft can't handle two account, I'd imagine what could happen with 3 accs.

So please I hope someone from Microsoft or the community can help me solve this problem and finally access the content that my dad and I PAID FOR.
