    Error 0x80070005 when attempting to sign in to the PC Insider Hub app


    Seem to be encountering a unique form of this error. When I launch the Insider app, the small grey Xbox "please wait" window flashes a few times. Immediately when I hit the sign in button, it encounters the titular error. I have attempted fixes such as manually enabling Xbox services, reinstalling Xbox assets via PowerShell and reinstalling the Xbox app to no avail. Interestingly, when I attempt to sign into the Xbox Beta app, it indicates my login was successful and shows my gamertag, but returning to the app I'm still logged out.

    Hi! Did you have Insider Hub app on console? or you play on PC? Just install this app and sign out from beta program if you in.

    I have Game Pass Ultimate, but it's not showing my PC's Xbox app or the gamepass website

    Currently the option to use the Cloud/remote gaming through the Xbox app is only for Insiders. If you download the Insider Hub on your PC, you can sign up from their to get that option.
