    yup, did it to me on a 3 month card as well. this sucks. Update Error: 0x80070002 0x00000000 0x00000401. Someone help!

    Hi,

    To help resolve Windows Update error "0x8007000", you may perform the solutions provided on this

    page    . This problem occurs when some files in the Windows Update are missing, even though the update is downloaded and extracted successfully.

    so just in case anybody else has this issue and comes across my thread, i reset to factory settings then installed all updates from scratch, worked a treat

    Xbox App / Gaming Services - Consistent Problems

    Windows 10 - although I think people have reported the same issue with win11.

    Edit: I have added the error codes

    Error when launching halo: Error code: (0x80070002)
    Error when trying to install/verify any game: (0x87e00196)

    Tried all of the above before posting the issue and again after seeing your post. No change in behavior. I've seen that exact message in another issue related to this error and it didn't fix it for them either.

    Packages and services all seem fine. It appears related to the folders/non-folders or how the apps are pointing to the drives.
