    Hi there Batavera88,

    What does it say when you try to connect to Xbox Live? Also when you say the tests are normal, do you mean that they connect to Xbox Live in the green?

    Just to get some background information, could you provide the information requested in this thread?

    Finally able to connect on Live, I believe it was some bug or something.
