Error 0x8004804E "We couldn't sign you in...etc."

    Error 0x8004804E "We couldn't sign you in...etc."


    Having this error code too, and everything on account.live.com says it should be fine. Also when I test my connection on the Xbox One settings it says everything is working fine. This is ridiculous... I can't even use my Netflix, play games, or anything.
    All of which I'm paying money to use whenever I'd like. What is the deal? This has been for over 24 hours now!

    It says

    "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x8004804E"

    I'll keep trying to sign in, but theres nothing wrong with my account billing or anything.

    This problem is still not fixed.Why are they saying it is what a bunch of crap!

  5. I worked with an analyst who got me back online and it was simple. They had me remove all cables from the back of the XOne and unplug the power cable from the wall for 3 minutes. After doing this, I was able to restart it and signed right in.

    Well, I did pull the power cord waited 1 minute, and plugged it back in, but I also did that after I posted this thread. I'm not sure if the reset fixed the problem, or like the other poster. They saw my post, and quickly fixed it, but regardless I guess
    people with the problem should attempt the power cable reset solution. Thank you guys for the replies.
