    i have been running into this error since the last OS update. so, it has not been happening to me long. i have had success with unplugging the power from the unit and waiting 2 minutes. it comes right back and works fine. this issue i have. i have to do
    this after i have had the unit turned off for more than ten minutes. every time. how de we get resolution for this?

    This is what I could find for the error code mentioned:

    Have done all the suggested (uninstall and followed all the steps in the help/errors (minus a full console reset)) and still get the 0x80040900 error code. I assume the next step is a full console reset or is there any other angle to resolve this issue?
