Error 0x8000000b

Amigos, mi consola no me deja abrir o iniciar ningun juego o aplicación, y no encuentro que hacer, alguien podria ayudarme?

I have this exact problem however once I get rid of the 0x8000000b error then a another error shows up 0x1000000b then i reinstall gaming services, good so far but then 0x8000000b shows up again and I repeat the process its a endless loop, any help would be much appreciated.

Exactly the same, only it's happening with my downloaded version of C.O.D Ghosts

Thanks for posting here on the forums. At what point do you receive that error message? Before the game initiates the download, or during? Is there any troubleshooting that you have tried already to resolve the issue? Best thing to try first would just be
a restart of your pc, then try downloading the game again.
