    My xbox one will not launch the netflix app or the youtube app. When i click on the app to launch it opens the window, shuts it down and then says something went wrong, if this continues go to xbox.com/error. I went to the website and tried typing in the
    error code that i received when trying to launch the app and it says no error found. I also tried deleting the app and re-installing it and now my xbox will not download netflix at all. All it says is "installation stopped." if anyone can help i would greatly
    appreciate it!

    If get this error when trying to add a test account in the Dev Menu, then try signing in from home and then adding the user in the dev menu!

    Yes ! 2 other people just had the same issue , couldn't access settings , look here for the tool and go down to where it says "If the console is experiencing an issue that would require you to Restore Factory Defaults after a system update, but you're unable
    to access the Settings hub, use this file." ...you will need a 4 gig stick though and follow the instructions ...I don't know of any other option when you cant get into the settings hub unfortunately...

    how do i resolve error 0x00000001 and error 0x8000000b

    I have this exact problem however once I get rid of the 0x8000000b error then a another error shows up 0x1000000b then i reinstall gaming services, good so far but then 0x8000000b shows up again and I repeat the process its a endless loop, any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello Daniel,

    Thanks for posting here on the forums. At what point do you receive that error message? Before the game initiates the download, or during? Is there any troubleshooting that you have tried already to resolve the issue? Best thing to try first would just be
    a restart of your pc, then try downloading the game again.
