I have the same problem. I didn't make any changes to my device except downloading it in the first place... also everything i have in the store is updated.

There are several possible reasons as to why you can't sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10. The error code (0x409) 0x80070422 indicates that some of the services the Xbox App uses have not been enabled, or not working properly.

Thanks for replying and providing those error codes. Sorry to hear that the issue is persisting. I would recommend that you first check your PC for any updates that may be pending that need to install. Update
